      Cutting edge research, new equipment, good facilities, slightly above average salary

      Cons

      Rude and unhelpful HR, the administrative side is a mess, takes forever for benefits to kick in, little vacation time depending on when you start, general unfriendly/unhelpful atmosphere, no room for growth
