Last Resort - Staff RN Temple University Health System Employee Review

Don't work here unless you are black and christian/catholic. Anyone else is looked down upon or given a hard time. Unfriendly Employees and Patients, Bad Handoff Communication. Doctors and Nurses not willing to work with each other. Unsafe to walk around at night. Have been told "You don't belong here" because Im not black by a staff member. Security is USELESS. No support from management. They are just looking for a bed and someone warm to care for the patient- very unsafe.
