      Great benefits Tuition assistance Good diverse crowd

      Cons

      Most employees are too stressed being busy to be nice to anybody else. Schedules are highly overloaded with patients due to poor reimbursement and the no show rate. Many decisions are made behind your back with zero input from the employee. Unions still in control or just being useless.

      bad management, one health system but every temple location has different protocols/rules/policies and are not treated equally
