Worst Hospital Experience - Registered Nurse Temple University Health System Employee Review

Hospital severely understaffed with unrealistic expectations. Culture of miserable staff with terrible teamwork and lazy attitudes. Nurses take from each other to spite rather than focusing on patients best interest. Also there is never equipment available (CSR, EKG, tele packs, dynamaps) , and if it is, it probably doesnt work. In combination with the severe deficits in staffing and supplies the patients do suffer and the nurses are persecuted. The stress of this job pours into your off days. Not worth it. Very disappointed.
