Pros

making a difference for patients and creating a positive impact on their lives

Cons

working for the smaller hospital was much easier to make decisions and accomplish things. Once we merged with Temple it was a lot slower and harder to get things done. Lots of red tape and micromanaging

bad management, one health system but every temple location has different protocols/rules/policies and are not treated equally
