Pros
I worked as a graduate research assistant within the Health System. Most of the researchers and physicians I worked with had great ideas. The hospital cafeteria is surprisingly good with lots of fresh and healthy choices.
Cons
There was little support from Temple in administrative and regulatory processing. When I needed some assistance with requirements for an NIH application I couldn't find anyone who would assist me who was well-versed in this extremely common funding mechanism.
