Pros

Compensation was close to market. Prior to merger with ClosetMaid, the company had a decent strategic direction.

Cons

The merger resulted in ClosetMaid's southern plantation style culture infesting the entire company. Previously the company wanted bottom-up leadership where everyone's input was valued. Following the merger, the direction is shut up and do what you're told, your opinion doesn't matter.

The pay is pretty good.

Cons

This company is a horrible place to work. Much of Senior management is toxic. Health insurance is also absurd with all of their requirements. Do not get a job here.
