Pros

Excellent small business style approach. We had a small crew of 18 people. Everyone got along and we treated each other like family.

Cons

The corporation that oversaw our mill kept us out of the loop. Sudden lay offs or equipment removals. The day they shut our mill down they showed up and told us. Never a warning or anything

The pay is pretty good.

Cons

This company is a horrible place to work. Much of Senior management is toxic. Health insurance is also absurd with all of their requirements. Do not get a job here.
