Pros
The customers are really great. The company does have interesting and innovative products, would love to be proud of them. If you are in sales, this is a great company to look at.
Cons
The pay is beyond terrible and the "raises" are minimal (2%) to non-existent (i.e., YEARS). Terrible insurance plan, high premium and high out of pocket. I don't know how someone could afford a family plan with the ridiculous pay rates. The management in this company is insane. Waaaaaay too many "managers." "Teams" of 1 to 4 people have a manager who winds up micro managing and throwing their "team" under the bus to save themselves (way to be!). Forget voicing an opinion, your point is moot unless you are in Sales or Upper Management. CBORD also seems to have a no-fire policy. It doesn't matter if you are completely incompetent (which is about half of the staff), or go around swearing at your coworkers you will have job security here. Turnover rate is terrible, any new hire with half a brain is finds new employment within 6 months. Also seeing lots of long term employees throw in the towel. I would only recommend this company to masochists who enjoying being surrounded by negative energy and angry coworkers.
