Very toxic environment.The attitude conveyed by management is that ALL employees are replaceable and disposable. Employees have extremely low morale - all of my coworkers are actively seeking other employment. Management is not interested in hearing the opinions of their employees. General attitude of management is "shut up and row". Pay and benefits are atrocious - well under industry standards. Used to be an awesome company - has taken a drastic nosedive in past 5-6 years. Losing a lot of valuable personnel, including a number of long-term employees.
