      They have a great benefit package

      Cons

      Completely disorganized. New upper management, new merger. Letting people go left and right. Reviews are biased and uninformed. Training is ridiculously lacking.

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
