      Pros

      Just a (smaller than market value) paycheck. That's it. There are a few good people left here, but most have been fired or have escaped on their own.

      Cons

      Just about everything that's important. What was once a vibrant, visionary and compassionate company is now a blind and leaderless cog in an uncaring corporate machine. CBORD is terminal. Run away!

The culture of CBORD has changed with a goal of empowering employees and more transparent communication. Some have chosen to move on and others have remained and adapted to change.

      - great environment - helpful coworkers - flexible with schedules

      Cons

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
