8yCBORD has undergone some new and significant changes in management and structure-it is true. The strategy of the company has changed and some choose not to align themselves with that change. Some believe they are no longer a good fit and we encourage them to look for other opportunities. There is understandable anxiety when change happens. The culture at CBORD encourages empowering employees to speak up and share information in a an honest, safe environment and being accountable.
