      I have not worked for a company that promotes from within like CBORD! They also have some good benefits.

      Cons

      There are a lot of current projects that go on at the same time. Sometimes it is hard to prioritize what you are working on.

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
