      Pros

      there are a lot of caring, dedicated employees and great clients. Ithaca is a cool place to live

      Cons

      Too many managers. Some departments have more managers than employees with each employee reporting to someone different. No paid training. Raises barely cover cost of living increases.

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
