      Great Benefits Package.

      Upward Mobility is not very existent. Sales goals are constantly increased making bonuses unlikely to receive.

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
