We implemented several ways to openly and anonymously reach out to HR if someone feels they dont have the physical or intangible tools they need to achieve their goals.

      - great environment - helpful coworkers - flexible with schedules

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
