3yThank you for your feedback. As someone who was here for 3-4 years you know that though we do have a solid and stable customer base we do have dedicated teams built out for new clients as well. It is true that the process has been slowed due to supply constraints brought on by COVID. We are seeing our vendors speed up but we understand the frustration of working through the pandemic and not being rewarded at the same speed as previous years. We are working to improve this and are holding our suppliers accountable.
