Pros

Work Remote as an account executive, good people in support and development

Cons

Not a sales driven organization. They are comfortable farming the customer base and pay account executives accordingly. I am a hunter style rep and this is not valued or paid properly. Deals are only paid when installed and reps have no control over how long that takes. This is why I quit after achieving well over plan.

Thank you for your feedback. As someone who was here for 3-4 years you know that though we do have a solid and stable customer base we do have dedicated teams built out for new clients as well. It is true that the process has been slowed due to supply constraints brought on by COVID. We are seeing our vendors speed up but we understand the frustration of working through the pandemic and not being rewarded at the same speed as previous years. We are working to improve this and are holding our suppliers accountable.

- great environment - helpful coworkers - flexible with schedules

- Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

Pros

COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

Cons

It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
