Pros

Supportive team members, even though we work remotely. Everyone has been so willing to help me learn and feel comfortable. Have experienced an excellent work-life balance and understanding from management. The training and onboarding was organized and well managed. Lots of room for growth and upward movement!

Cons

There was a long interview and hiring process but after coming onboard, I have not had any negative experiences thus far.

- Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
