      Set hours, fair amount of time off

      Cons

      Poor Management, Have to fight for a raise or respect from upper management. All the great employees see the writing on the way and LEAVE! Brown nosing employees get praised while the good ones get written up.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. It is understandable for the Sales environment to be competitive but we do empower ALL employees to move up. We encourage anyone who feels there is a discrepancy to reach out to their manager or HR to talk about this.

      - great environment - helpful coworkers - flexible with schedules

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
