      I did work that mattered during my time at CBORD and learned a ton. Also, the team was very approachable and willing to fill in knowledge gaps.

      Cons

      The pay was not bad, but could have been more.

      - great environment - helpful coworkers - flexible with schedules

      Cons

      - Code base was a bit messy - Not a ton of freedom when wanting too choose the project you are working on

      COLA Increase in 2022 was nice

      Cons

      It's a learn as you go atmosphere and there's poor communication between support and engineering. Difficult to get complex issues solved
