I like the work I do and some of the employees are professional and helpful, take their job seriously.
Cons
From the time you walk in the door, they expect everyone to jump in with little or no training. Employees train newbies, management has no clue what the employees in the trenches do. This company has grown so fast and do not have any updated procedures nor a computer system savvy enough to handle the business. They spent a ton of money of an accounting system that makes people do too many manual processes just to get reports so the senior staff can sit back and enjoy their coffee and donuts while the rest if us bust our butt for pennies and crappy benefits. The senior staff has no freaking clue and will NEVER wake up to reality. People say accounting is a joke, the whole internal controls are a serious joke and sales are so not responsible for making sure the customers information is right. It goes thru order desk, billing, then collections before the customers complain their bills are wrong. Hmmm.. I wonder how that's even possible since the sales person can't possibly take time to make sure they are getting the correct information the first time! Wake up CBORD senior staff!!
