Pros

As a CSA, great bonuses! Open door policy. This company is the smartest I've worked with in terms of logic/efficiency and implementation of new ideas. Recognition is pretty good, and most accurate reviews I've received. Training is awesome, and everyone is understanding when you're new. All they want to do is help you learn when you have questions - ask away! You'll be better for it. It's amazing when you use others' strategies and find your own. It clicks, and you roll in the money!! The hourly is just on the side.

Cons

Working on the phones - people are really horrible with little to no consideration that you are a human being doing your job and really want to work with them. Also not enough opportunities to switch it up. You're chained to your phone with non stop calling with highly regimented status for every little thing you do, which can be extremely stressful when it's "one of those days."
