Great pay for the age range. Amazing growth opportunities. Very diverse company with a wide range of clientele.

Cons

I work alone so it is hard to work without management close by at times. The job has a huge burn out rate so it is only 18 months.

Difficult to get holidays off Essential work, so you're stuck if another shift is late Higher ups feel disconnected from the program itself Awful upward mobility if you work nights
