Unlimited PTO ( have to put in a minimum of 2 weeks prior and up to management if they want to okay it)
Quota on average is 50k a month, and unless you can find your own leads, it is near difficult to hit goal month over month, where they organization is hardly at a 100% goal as a team, and maybe 25% of the venue team actually is at the goal or over, and there are only five there that are hitting month over month.
They say you're "in ramp" but, if you don't hit the first month, you already are on a warning.
If you dont sell more than a specific percantge to goal you not ony get a warning of some sort but you will not get paid out.
Your commissions are not paid out in full the following month they're spread out.
If you are let go and are owed commissions, you will NOT be paid out
Due to not making money as a team they are experimenting comp plans so what you get now might not be what you get in the next month or two.
