Pros

Unlimited PTO (but difficult to take without feeling guilty or being pressured to work on your time off) Work from home (who knows how much longer that will last) Incredible coworkers (until they were let go, fired, moved to different parts of the organization with 0 notice)

Cons

When I first started under TK , I sang the highest praises. It seemed like a company that cared about not only it's customers, but it's employees as well. Tim Chi was honestly a wonderful CEO. I was sad to hear when Tim decided to step down, and truly believe Raina Moskowitz is prepared to run the organization into the ground, and pulling any sister sites down with it. Sites like The Bump, The Bash, and Hitched are not even an after thought to this organization. So many people have stayed with these smaller sites because of their teams, and are now being ripped apart, for the benefit of TK only. But it's not like anyone can share this feedback safely with leadership. They don't listen to employees, the VOE is just there to say they've asked for the people's feedback. Don't get it twisted, they literally could not care more about anyone, but especially in a customer facing roles that burn out easily. Overall, leaving this company made me realize how outdated, out of touch and slimy this organization is. The pay is laughable, but in their minds, they can always find someone who will work for cheaper!! Know your worth and know they won't compensate you for it lol, just burn you out. Word to any potential new hires and people still working here, this organization is a sinking ship, and it's holes are being held together with duct tape. It may be floating just above water for now, but pretty soon the tape is gonna disintegrate and take down everyone still on the ship. Don't let yourself get caught on the sinking ship. Leadership will be sure to jump off into the life rafts but there's no room for the rest of y'all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. Your feedback highlights areas we are continually working to address—including transparent communication and feedback, employee wellbeing, and the need for more consistent support, particularly during times of change. We understand how difficult transitions can be, especially when they impact team members who are deeply valued. While we’ve made shifts to better serve our customers and position our global brands for success—including The Bump, The Bash, and Hitched—we recognize that the process hasn’t always felt clear. We look forward to sharing more about our three-year strategy with our employees in the coming months. We’re also investing in new ways to gather and act on employee feedback, with more frequent touchpoints and a renewed commitment to accountability. We encourage all employees to speak up, including through our two-way anonymous compliance hotline, and we have a strong anti-retaliation policy. We also hear concerns around compensation and burnout, especially in customer-facing roles, and have launched a series of reviews in 2025 focused on compensation workload evaluation, and leadership accountability. We don’t take these critiques lightly. We’re grateful to everyone—past and present—who has contributed to our mission. Your insights help us understand where we need to grow.

Pros

I have worked for this company for a decade now, and I fall more in love with it every year. The company rewards hard work, innovation, and impact. I have been incredibly lucky to have fantastic leadership during my entire tenure—leaders who push me to be better, do better, and learn more. Open and honest communication is both encouraged and reciprocated. If you truly push yourself and do your best, you will thrive here and be compensated for it. I am really encouraged by our current leadership and the direction the company is heading. I truly feel as if we are on the forefront of all things wedding planning. At TKWW, employees, couples, and vendors are heard, and what is said is put into action. That is incredibly impressive to me, as I've not seen that play out at other companies. I have loved the opportunity to work here and find that it's a fantastic place to continually advance my career, skillset, and personal growth.

Cons

As with any tech company, things move fast. That can be a con for some people, but I find that it is a great motivator for impact. If you do not like a company that moves fast, you might not be interested in working here.

Pros

I’ve been at The Knot Worldwide for a few years now and have seen a lot of evolution in the business. What stands out most recently is the momentum we’re building. The product updates for our vendors have been a big step in the right direction. It feels like we’re getting closer to delivering what both vendors and couples actually need, which makes it a much easier and more meaningful story to sell. It’s also just a great industry to be in. You’re working with people during one of the most important moments in their lives, which adds a different level of purpose to the day to day. Cross-functional collaboration is a real strength here. Sales, Product, Marketing, and Vendor Marketing, etc are working more closely than I’ve seen in the past, and it’s making a difference in how quickly we can move and improve. The sales team’s work ethic is through the roof. There’s a strong culture of accountability and ownership, and people show up every day ready to perform and support each other. Leadership has taken a noticeable step forward. Since Raina stepped in, there’s been a shift toward asking tougher questions and being more honest about what needs to change. That transparency and willingness to evolve has been important. There’s still a lot of runway ahead. With the right focus, the opportunity here is big.

Cons

Like any evolving company, there are still areas being worked through, but directionally it feels like we’re heading the right way
