Pros

Great team environment as long as you have a hive mentality

Cons

very little work life balance. Objectives might be stated, but how they were achieved was never clearly defined. Only key players ever seem to advance.

the company seems to really care about improving itself and creating a team environment

some things that should have processes necessarily dont- raises, sick time, profit sharing, etc.

Pros

The workers are all very nice. That’s all I can say is good.

Cons

The executives don’t care about employees. Managers don’t teach. No upward movement. CEO is a joke and has a dumb bro mentality. Nothing good came out of me working here except me making a couple friends.
