Outdoor working supporting children to learn. Excellent work colleagues.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Staff are not valued or listened too. Safety of staff and students is not viewed as important.

the company seems to really care about improving itself and creating a team environment

Cons

some things that should have processes necessarily dont- raises, sick time, profit sharing, etc.

Pros

The workers are all very nice. That’s all I can say is good.

Cons

The executives don’t care about employees. Managers don’t teach. No upward movement. CEO is a joke and has a dumb bro mentality. Nothing good came out of me working here except me making a couple friends.
