The Pete store is a Family owned and operated company that is small enough that you have open access to the ownership but big enough to have lots of career advancement opportunities. Work hard, be honest and you will get noticed. The Peterbilt Product is also the best in the business!

My time there, I saw no pros.

Cons

You get 1 to 2 days of training and then told to figure it out. I got an illness after 2 weeks and then I was told I was not a match for them.....Horrible management and training.
