Company that cares about the customer and employees and they strive to get the best talent and keep them highly trained to stay ahead of the curve. They care about their employees and work environment. They are rapidly growing and with the upper management so engaged they will be around for a long long time.

Cons

After working at other dealer groups and being just another number until working here where your efforts are rewarded .... none.

My time there, I saw no pros.

Cons

You get 1 to 2 days of training and then told to figure it out. I got an illness after 2 weeks and then I was told I was not a match for them.....Horrible management and training.
