Overall, the culture made it difficult to succeed and did not foster a healthy or collaborative workplace.

Traveling was one of the few if not only positives of the role, but leadership behaviors often ruined the experience. The lack of professionalism, recognition, and accountability from the top made it difficult to enjoy the benefits and hurt morale overall.

Cons

Micromanagement. Overworked. Unprofessionalism. Business travel unprofessionalism made work environments uncomfortable and stressful.
