Pros
For my entire career at Transpo, from the time it was a company of 12, to being a company of well over 100 persons in three countries, Transpo has always afforded opportunity for those willing to take it and run with it. There are no dead ends or ceilings for those with the aptitude, drive and commitment to work hard and make it so.
Cons
Taking full advantage of the opportunities afforded at Transpo will require putting in time in excess of a nominal 40 hour work week, and the payoff may not be immediate, obvious, or apparent, especially to younger staff with expectations of immediate work life balance.
