6yHi, Thanks for the feedback , I want to let you know it was heard. First, I'm making it clear to HR that there is no student loan repayment. What there is, is paid training for folks to learn skills that will help their job. We just announced hat we unilaterally raised all wages for employees making less than $40,000 a year and have a new minimum salary. Just to share with you we need to track time more efficiently for state and federal laws and need to enforce this across the whole company a lot of folks didn't like this but unfortunately we had little choice and tried to make it as far as possible. Yes, you are correct about too many meetings. I'm trying to have folks use there discretion in only doing meetings when it is necessary.
