6yHi, I'm sorry you feel this way. But thank you for commenting. Let me just share with you some things we are trying to do to make things better on the management side. One thing is flattening the organization. Make our goals much clearer for a manager. But more importantly, having a confidential reporting system. So far I've gotten more than 40 reports and suggestions. many are totally anonymously. things are changing. Thank yuo for taking a chance on us I'm sorry we failed you.
