Pros

Casual dress code is nice, lunch is free and usually decent, hard working co-workers that are usually friendly, parties

Cons

You will almost always work over 40 hours a week, and the pay is not only below market standards, it is the bare minimum for people to stay until they realize higher pay is on the way. They will constantly tell you "don't worry, next review your pay will increase," but it never does. Even the managers have to take on second jobs just to pay bills, it is extremely disheartening. There is little to no room for advancement, and even if you get promoted your pay raise is so minuscule that any sense of accomplishment is crushed.

Pros

Working remotely is good, better than on site.

Cons

Face value verses market value on tickets. The all sales final policy.
