Pros

The company culture and values are nearly unmatched. TopRx really cares about their employees. Upper management knows everyone by name and coworkers turn info family. Celebrating success and recognizing hard work is a major core value that's practiced regularly and I really feel like part of a team that wants me to succeed. Additionally, upon the start of the pandemic TopRx acted quickly to ensure employee safety by quickly moving to remote work for those that were able and providing a clean and distanced environment for those that had to remain in the office. Overall this is a great place to work, there is flexibility with work and life balance, as well as a very competitive benefits package.

Cons

There are no major negatives with TopRx. The industry itself is in a constant state of evolving with moving targets so you will need to be able to shift gears quickly.

They take care of the employees. They are growing, the culture is fun and exciting in office and management is hands on to make sure everyone has the best chance at succeeding. The reps themselves also want to see you succeed and will do what they can to help you. For a first time job you get great training from everyone to help you further your sales skills but can also become a career with consistent effort.

Cons

Communication can be better at times

Cons

Constant OT requests and work on saturdays, Imbalance of work load split amongst folks, Generally underpaid compared to other warehouse positions (even though this is a pharmaceutical company), Leadership seems split 7 different ways with no direction, No accountability among any higher management when poor choices are made.
