      Pros

      They take care of the employees. They are growing, the culture is fun and exciting in office and management is hands on to make sure everyone has the best chance at succeeding. The reps themselves also want to see you succeed and will do what they can to help you. For a first time job you get great training from everyone to help you further your sales skills but can also become a career with consistent effort.

      Pros

      The work environment is great. The team is friendly and continues to grow. You’re provided a guarantee your first year to build your book-of-business and eventually you will beat that guarantee and the money will build up. The work-life balance is amazing, as well. Every benefit you need in a company is also provided, especially PTO.

      Cons

      It takes time to build your book of business and a lot of cold calls. The cold calls are easy. It’s repetition. So no real cons.

      main manager has stay at home wife and 3 kids and is constantly stressed out
