Pros

Nice people in the company

Cons

Does not care about employee safety. Will want you to come into work in extreme weather. Barely gives employees raises no matter how hard they work. Must go the extra mile and do a ton of work for free in order to get a decent raise

Pros

As someone new to sales toprx offered me the training and information I needed to be successful. Company offers monthly incentives to make more money. First year guaranteed commission.

Cons

Hours not so great, and sadly if your not a persistent and focused individual this business is not for you.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible training that mostly consisted of teaching us how to use the outdated CRM. Very little help from management. Very VERY hard to get new accounts as a new sales agent, the vets that have been working there get all the good accounts and use the newbies to fish through leads.
