disappointing at best - Sales Associate Torrid Employee Review

store level management is just bad my training was 2 hours long ONCE and then i was thrown into it and expected to know what all was going immediately. I had a lot of problems with catty coworkers and managers stealing eachothers sales, worse than i've ever experienced in retail. on top of this the pay is terrible the hours are a joke and the company just simply doesn't care about their employees. i only worked here for a few months and the experience was so disappointing, there was absolutely no point in me working my butt off for like 2 shifts a week barely making $100 in a check.
