Great for short term employment - Sales Associate/Keyholder Torrid Employee Review

They keep piling on new tasks for employees to do without raising pay or adding incentives to keep employees motivated. You start as a sales associate and then suddenly you are a virtual sales person, a shipment fulfiller, etc. No raise in pay. Not to mention having to take on the responsibilities of the general manager for almost two months because of a staffing hole in another location. They also cut hours pretty harshly after the holidays, I went from working almost 40 hours a week to barely 20.
