Pros
Great for those who love fashion, and are plus size! Any position has the capability of being quickly promoted, and good work does not go unnoticed. Torrid is still a growing company, and is always looking for people who want to grow with them. Management is heavily involved in the business and sales aspects of the company, and would make a great foundation for any management position.
Cons
As with any retail position, hours can be a tad grueling. Minimal holidays off. And of course, dealing with people (women in particular) is not always the easiest job. As a fairly new company, Torrid is still catching up with the larger clothing retailers. Technology is a little outdated, and not all resources are readily available for the employees. Especially small stores and high volume stores.
