Pros
Trane was basically a second family. There was a huge emphasis on culture and feedback from employees was taken seriously and addressed well. Management expectations were reasonable and flexible with work hours and location. Benefits were good.
Cons
Salary was not amazing. Not terrible by any means, but compensation was the only thing I was less than thrilled about.
