Absolute nightmare - Project Controls Engineer Trane Employee Review

Turnover, awful management. Human resources lying to get what they want. Management lying and making stories so that the yearly review was negative to keep pay raises down. Horrible workload with skeleton crew. Constant drama. Mental capacity of majority of workers is so low it brings down morale and is a cancer on supposed "team building". Sales people are awful to deal with. Project engineers are treated like dogs. I have worked at 4 fortune 500 companies and this was by far the worst corporate experience I have ever had in my life.
