      Historically home to some of the best and brightest in the HVAC industry. Innovative environment and high degree of communication and coordination. Leveraged strengths across sectors.

      Cons

      Recent reorganization and aftermath saw the exit of some of the most talented and well respected business and IT people. Business units have in some ways become silos. Harder to leverage expertise across the enterprise.
