      You're valued as an employee and your supervisors are kind and understanding.

      Cons

      There's not much flexibility. However, you have access to VTO to disconnect guilt-free from time to time if you don't mind losing those hours.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
