      - Learning opportunity with variety clients and type of documents. - Updated application can be used - Good position for someone who has no experience as an introduction

      Cons

      - No training to improve the linguistic skills as well as industrial knowledge - Unclear assessment with no carrier ladder provided - Resource turnover is very bad. People won't stay here long.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
