Pros
You gain lots of business skills here. Co workers are young, energetic, and hard working. There is a lot of respect between co workers and the work itself is interesting.
Cons
Long hours...for fresh graduates, expect 10-12 hours daily... I mean, you have no other commitments right? Just kidding, honestly, this company could do so much better if everyone got paid for the amount of work & hours that they put in. The production team does so much and their efforts get brushed off. Im sure that the production team knows more about the company and could sell better than AE & AM's.
