      - You are always very busy, which is better than being idle - Young, friendly coworkers - opportunity for advancement, as the company is growing - You have to make your own path, which is a mixed blessing

      Cons

      - You are always very busy, and people have little time for development - The hours are long, 10 hours a day minimum - Some people have a "my way is the only way attitude"

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
