On most occasions you will not have time to take a full lunch break. Under the UK law, you are permitted to have at least a 20 min break, away from the desk if you work 6hrs+ You will constantly be assigned to a large volume of projects, even though you do not have the capacity to handle these. As a result poor translations are delivered to the client. Where the blame will be focussed on you. Workoad is unfairly distributed, this is favouritism plays its part. A few colleagues will spend most of the day on their phones whilst you are in a stressful situation. No one has respect for the CEOs who are constantly in a battle, search this up!
