Pros

Great health benefits and time off. Impossible to beat. Great comradery among co-workers.

Cons

Extremely poor management. People are promoted to Sales Managers - managing people - because they are great at Sales. It's a horrible strategy because the majority of them do not make good managers. There is no training structure whatsoever, yet the learning curve is MASSIVE. They have you review online modules and think you're good to go. This, matched with poor management does not make for success. The morals and ethics of the company are lacking. The way to get ahead at TransPerfect is to drink as much as possible at all company events and suck up to upper management. It's pretty common for people to cheat on their spouses at sales conferences. People are always going after one another's business. There are rules for sales territories and verticals - but they only apply to some people and not others. They make Sales Conferences IMPOSSIBLE to get to. The people that make sales conferences are the veterans of the company, when really the newbies should be the ones going to learn more about the company and all one million of its products and services. The CEO's have been fighting for years now about the dumbest stuff ever. They are both immature and were unable to settle in court so now the company is going to go public. Grow up!

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
